When you are just getting started learning about herbs, it can feel overwhelming. There are so many! I have had the distinct honor of getting to know many medicinal plants over the years and one of my favorite things to do is to pair humans with plants to facilitate healing.
If you have a health concern you would like to address, but are uncertain which herbal medicine is right for you, this is a great place to start. This is not a full assessment of your overall health, just a quick snapshot of any acute symptoms you are experiencing. Calls typically last about 20 minutes, and I email my recommendations to you after our call. I may recommend products that I already have on hand, or I may recommend a custom blend based on your symptoms and constitution. Or I may recommend products or services from another herbalist or provider altogether! My goal is to get you feeling better faster.
