Cycle Mentorship Session- 90 Minutes
An intimate 90 minute container to explore your hormonal challenges and create a practical plan to address the underlying cause.
My fascination with and commitment to women’s health has led me on a journey of deep learning. Applying all that I have learned (and unlearned) to improve the lives of women is my work in this world. It is my endeavor to help illuminate what aspects of your hormonal health are within your control, and to offer recommendations to help you begin taking action to bring your health back into balance.
I draw from a variety of perspectives and modalities, and tailor each plan to the woman I’m supporting. I take into account every aspect of who you are as a person when evaluating your case, including your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, your astrological chart, and most importantly, what you suspect is actually going on.
Having been let down by the modern medical system myself many times over, I know the frustration of feeling invisible, unheard or misunderstood in a doctor’s office. I am familiar with the merry-go-round of specialists who refer you back and forth to each other, while never coming close to solving the problem, and not actually listening to you. I want to offer you a reprieve from the sterile, unfeeling world of modern medicine and offer you a warm, nurturing environment where feelings and emotions are as welcome as lab results. I firmly believe that you deserve time and space to be witnessed and heard in your story, and that what you have to say matters.
After our call, I will send you a follow-up email with my recommendations, so you don’t have to worry about taking any notes while we are talking. This time is for you. My recommendations may include herbal medicines, acupressure points, flower essences, some supplementation, ceremonial ideas, lifestyle adjustments, spiritual or meditative practices, journal prompts, and almost always food and nourishment as the foundation for health.
Before our call, I will send you an intake form to complete, which I will review ahead of time so that we can spend our time focusing on you. It is ideal to have 6 cycles worth of charts for me to reference, but not necessary. However, charting will likely be the first thing I recommend, since it is such a great way to get data you just can’t get anywhere else, and it starts strengthening the connection between your womb and your brain, which I believe to be beneficial in and of itself.

Being attuned to the rhythms of the natural world is medicine in and of itself. The more disconnected we are from these natural rhythms, the sicker and sadder we tend to become.
Asking for support is a sign of strength. Healing happens in community.
Witnessing can be more valuable than fixing.
Women have fundamentally different needs than men, and asking women to conform to the health standards of men, and using male-based science and studies to treat women’s health concerns is ineffective and potentially harmful to our health.
Toxic positivity is harmful and ineffective. We cannot get ourselves out of every health situation with positive thoughts alone.

If I feel your issue would be better addressed by another practitioner, I will provide a referral.
