Nutritional Mentorship Package

$250.00

Proper nutrition is the foundation of all health, but especially hormonal health. Many hormonal issues can be resolved simply by making adjustments to the frequency, quantity, and choice of food we eat. Because of cultural shifts about around eating (industrial agriculture, emphasis on productivity and work over nourishment, patriarchal ideals around women’s appearances, corporate-funded nutrition studies, etc) many of us are left feeling utterly confused about what, when, and how much to eat.

I dealt with uncomfortable digestive symptoms for the majority of my life until I started learning about nutrition in my late twenties. I was shocked to see my symptoms disappear as I started making shifts in my dietary choices. I had been told by mainstream GI doctors that there was simply nothing I could do to change my experience. This was patently untrue, and now I am pleased to report that I have been symptom-free for nearly 5 years.

It is my firm belief that there is no one-size-fits-all diet. I do not think veganism or Weston A. Price or paleo or any prescriptive diet are the cure-all for everyone. I think each person has a unique constitution and aggregate of symptoms, exposures, and preferences that point to what kind of diet will support them in their journey. Every individual also has a different level of knowledge of culinary skills, amount of time they can spend in the kitchen, and access to certain foods. This is why I created this offering.

My goal for this offering is to get to know your symptoms and concerns, as well as your preferences, availability, and energy levels for food preparation and come up with a plan that works for YOU.

After our initial 90 minute call where I gather all of your information, I will send you

-a meal plan for the week, including timing for meals based on your schedule

-a grocery list

-recipes, if needed

-an email with any recommendations I have for supplements or herbal medicines that I think would be supportive to you

-any supplementary information I think would be helpful to your particular situation (i.e. a chart with protein content for your favorite protein sources, a veggie inspiration chart, a movement routine plan, tips for balancing blood sugar, affirmations, etc.)

Our second meeting (60 minutes) takes place about a week after our first meeting (depending on each of our availability) where we will discuss your progress and any obstacles you are facing. At this point we can make any tweaks that are needed and I will update your documents accordingly. Clients may book in for additional follow-up sessions as needed after that.

Book your first session here after purchasing.
