Elderberry Syrup
Elderberries are legendary for their immunity-boosting power. Elderberry syrup combines this action with other immune system-stimulating, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory herbs and the soothing deliciousness of raw honey to create an illness-fighting powerhouse that’s easy to get into kiddos!
I take elderberry syrup:
at the first sign of illness (tickle in the throat, drip in the nose, whatever your “oh no I think I’m getting sick” indicator is)
before and after I’ve been around someone who’s sick
when traveling
during an illness to promote recovery
daily as a preventative measure during cold and flu season
You can take it directly on the tongue (because it’s absolutely delicious) or you can add it to warm water to make a nice soothing beverage. About a teaspoon at a time is good for an adult, half for a child.
Ingredients: elderberries, echinacea root, rose hips, ginger, cinnamon, star anise, tangerine peel, CT raw honey.
4oz bottle
