Tulsi Body Oil
Herbal body oiling, known as Abhyanga in Ayurveda, is an incredibly supportive practice. It increases circulation, balances the doshas, moves lymph, grounds and relaxes, softens and smooths skin, and helps mitigate the effects of aging, among other benefits. Herbal body oiling is especially supportive during the postpartum time, when we want to restore warmth to the body and support circulation, and calm the nervous system as much as possible, plus show some serious love to a new mama.
Tulsi, also known as holy basil, is a beautiful adaptogenic plant with an intoxicating scent. It soothes the nervous system and increases our resilience. This oil is a decadent addition to a post-shower routine for those wanting to cultivate a self-reverence practice.
This oil is completely free of essential oils and was made my infusing garden-grown tulsi into organic olive oil, harvested on the Summer Solstice, into organic olive oil for one lunar cycle.
2 oz bottle.
Ingredients: garden-grown tulsi leaves infused into organic olive oil with a small amount of organic cane alcohol to increase preservation. Created on the Summer Solstice.
