On hot summer days, during birth or early postpartum, when we are looking for deep hydration, we need much more than just plain water. Adding vitamin and mineral- rich oxymels to our water is a way to boost our hydration on a cellular level.

The word oxymel comes from ancient Greek. Oxy- means ‘acid’ and -mel means ‘honey’. In this case, the acid is organic apple cider vinegar. Extracting medicinal benefits from plants in ACV and honey gives us an array of vitamins and minerals that make a delicious addition to beverages. Since both vinegar and honey have their own medicinal value, you get a well-rounded and nutrient-packed addition to plain water.

Tulsi and hibiscus are both high in Vitamin C and antioxidants. Both are protective to the heart as well as the immune system. The addition of dandelion root rounds out the mineral profile, adding Vitamin A, B complex, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, and phosphorous, and provides excellent liver support.

Suggested use: Add 2-4 droppers to flat or sparkling water with a squeeze of lime and any other flower essences you want to add for a deeply hydrating and spiritually boosting beverage.

2 oz bottle.

Ingredients: Organic tulsi, organic hibiscus, organic dandelion root, organic apple cider vinegar, raw local CT honey
